Educational Background:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Commerce, or Management from a reputable institution or university is required.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • A results-driven individual with strong analytical skills, possessing at least 3-4 years of experience in securities, capital markets, financial services, mutual funds, or insurance companies.
  • Excellent communication and execution skills, able to share knowledge and best practices across teams.
  • Able to maintain high standards of regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Change in Director Details:

  • Process applications for director changes according to exchange and SEBI norms.
  • Screen and verify all applications related to director details, shareholder/DPG, and membership transfer.
  • Maintain records, update control sheets, and follow up with members via mail and phone calls.

2. Shareholding Pattern Changes:

  • Scrutinize and process shareholding pattern constitution/reconstitution applications.
  • Keep records updated and follow up with members via mail and phone calls.

3. Entity Name and Office Address Updates:

  • Process updates according to norms and update the SEBI portal.
  • Update member names and addresses in the CRM database and notify other departments.

4. Closure of Alerts and Data Management:

  • Closure of alerts in Trackwizz and maintaining monthly databases.
  • Collate data for SEBI and internal departments.
