Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and deploying highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure to support applications and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement secure, efficient, and cost-effective solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

  • Design, deploy, and maintain GCP infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration with GCP services.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure as code, configuration management, and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot GCP infrastructure performance, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Implement security measures and best practices to protect data and infrastructure, including identity and access management, network security, and data encryption.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with ForgeRock/Ping IAM products.
  • Deep understanding of IAM architecture, integration methods, REST APIs, and directory services.
  • Experience in Java development, Spring Boot, scripting, and secure coding standards.
  • Proven experience deploying, managing, and scaling applications in Kubernetes environments, particularly Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
  • Exposure to DevOps, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Good understanding of Authentication, Authorization, MFA, SSO, Federation, OAuth, OIDC, Provisioning, Reconciliation, Proxy, and Directory Services concepts.
  • Knowledge of AD, LDAP, Database integration.
  • Java development experience for customizations and enhancements of IAM systems, including writing secure, maintainable code to support authentication and authorization workflows.
  • Knowledge of IAM solutions in Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and how IAM integrates within those platforms.
  • Experience with API security and integration using JSON, REST, and web services.
