Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of customer service.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the development and scaling of our core backend infrastructure.
  • The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Python, Django, and cloud computing platforms like AWS or GCP.
  • They should be able to architect scalable services, deploy systems with speed and reliability, and collaborate closely with founders and other engineers.
  • We are looking for someone who can take ownership of high-impact projects from design to deployment in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in backend engineering with a strong focus on Python and cloud infrastructure.
  • Prior experience working with Kubernetes/Docker and building scalable infrastructure in production is essential.
  • A degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional foundation is required.
  • Bonus: experience in high-velocity teams or startups would be highly valued.
