Healthcare Payer Solutioning Lead
DescriptionThis is a visionary and experienced role requiring a dynamic thinker with deep domain expertise, strong techno-functional capabilities, and a passion for innovation. The successful candidate will shape go-to-market strategies, craft differentiated solutions, and enable business growth through strategic customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Solution Development: Design/evolve AI-led technology and BPaaS solutions for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and VBC models.
- Industry Trend Monitoring: Track and align with HCLS industry and emerging technology trends to identify and position relevant solutions and offerings.
- Thought Leadership: Develop thought leadership POV, white papers, and represent the organization in industry forums to build a strong vertical brand presence.
- Customer Engagements: Lead customer meetings/workshops to assess gaps, identify needs, position/co-develop solutions, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Partner & Analyst Engagement: Work closely with partners, analysts, and sales teams to execute GTM strategies including joint solutioning and expand market reach.
- GTM Strategy & Marketing: Define/refine go-to-market strategies and lead marketing efforts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
15+ years of overall industry experience, including 10+ years in the healthcare domain, specifically in the US health insurance (payer) segment.
Proven experience/expertise in payer workflows, regulatory frameworks, and technology landscape.
Business analysis, solutioning, conceptualizing/driving AI-led techno-functional solutions.
BPaaS engagements for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and VBC models.
Strong track record in presales, GTM execution, and stakeholder management.
Soft SkillsStrong business acumen, strategic thinking, and innovation orientation.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to interface with prospects, partners, analysts, and internal teams across geographies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
