Job Opportunity:

Fire Protection Systems Management
  • Assist in the management of fire protection systems in high-rise residential and commercial projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and specifications for installation, inspection, and testing of fire fighting systems.
  • Direct and control subcontractor activities to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and administer fire fighting related materials, systems, and shop drawings submittals.
  • Validate design issues and suggest alternative solutions for fire fighting systems.
  • Facilitate problem-solving among subcontractors, clients, and vendors during construction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Excellent knowledge of fire fighting systems, sprinkler systems, and fire alarm systems.
  • Well-developed planning skills and ability to work within stringent targets.
  • Result-oriented and able to manage task-orientated groups.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fire protection systems.
