Internal Audit Manager Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Audit Planning and Execution: Develop a comprehensive audit plan, including an audit checklist and process flowchart. Communicate with process owners before commencement and participate in process understanding meetings.
  • Risk Identification and Recommendation: Conduct detailed analysis and audit reviews in line with the audit plan, preparing draft reports to communicate findings and recommendations.

  • Auditing Expertise: Possess strong auditing skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and experience in conducting internal audits.
  • Leadership and Communication: Demonstrate effective leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
