Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Services Auditor to lead our team in delivering exceptional client service. As a key member of our audit engagement team, you will be responsible for planning and executing audits, reviews, and compilations for clients in the real estate, technology, and financial services sectors.

As a leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the audit engagement, including staffing, planning, risk assessment, financial reporting, and conclusion. Your expertise will ensure that we deliver world-class client service while meeting our high standards for quality and professionalism.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff. You will possess excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including familiarity with US GAAP. Additionally, you will have exceptional client service and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain outstanding client/internal relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the engagement team in planning and executing audits, reviews, and compilations
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the audit engagement, including staffing, planning, risk assessment, financial reporting, and conclusion
  • Provide supervision and support to engagement staff, seniors, and supervisors
  • Collaborate with engagement team partners on client issue resolution and make recommendations for legal, regulatory, and accounting issues
  • Manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to efficiently meet client deadlines
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or Master's; CPA preferred
• At least 7-10 years of public accounting experience, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff
• Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including familiarity with US GAAP
• Exceptional client service and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client/internal relationships
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects
• Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
