Innovation Driven Product Development Specialist

This role will play a key part in contributing to the innovation of our product development teams.
You will work closely with various departments, including development, test, business leadership and partner teams to ensure that products meet quality, performance, scalability, privacy, security and usability goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for quality, security and performance, as well as excellent technical problem-solving skills and understanding of web technologies.
Ambitious and proactive individuals who can derive insights from data and keep up-to-date with technology advancements are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities include launching new products and features, testing their performance and iterating constantly. The position also involves working on capacity planning based on new customers and partners onboarding and expected traffic growth.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, preferably with an MBA/PG from an institute known for its excellence
- At least 1 year of experience prior to MBA and/or 2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager delivering highly successful and innovative dev platforms
- Strong technical problem-solving skills, understanding of Web 2 technologies and great cross-group collaboration acumen
