Job Title: DevOps Observability Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Observability Specialist to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade observability solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Build Observability Solutions
  • Develop Custom Collectors, Exporters, and Automation Tools
  • Implement Dashboards & Visualizations in Grafana and Optimize Logging in Splunk
  • Manage Event Streaming Pipelines with Kafka
  • Deploy and Monitor Observability Components in Kubernetes
  • Build & Optimize CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, Argo CD)
  • Drive DevOps Maturity Assessments, Adoption Strategies, and Stakeholder Engagement

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on Experience with OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, AWS, Splunk, Ansible, Terraform
  • Strong Programming Skills in Python, Shell, Groovy, YAML (Flask/Node.js a plus)
  • Knowledge of Databases (Postgres, MySQL, InfluxDB, Prometheus, RDS, NoSQL)
  • Familiarity with Storage Systems (NetApp, VMAX, Pure, PMAX)
  • Strong Exposure to Monitoring Tools – Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, ELK, etc.
  • Agile/Scrum/SAFe Environment Experience
