Senior Associate Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Associate. This role requires exceptional research, knowledge management, and execution skills.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of success in executive search and interim placements, leadership advisory, change management, and information and data services.

  • Research Skills:
  • Develop comprehensive research strategies to meet client requirements, specifying target companies and universes.
  • Map the 'universe' of a given assignment or product area for marketing purposes.
  • Take ownership of the research report, ensuring accuracy and consistency in names, companies, and biographical information.
  • Knowledge Management Skills:
  • Attend client pitches and contribute when necessary, writing detailed proposal documents and job specifications.
  • Write-up client-facing profiles following interviews, providing clients with information to assess suitability.
  • Maintain consistent content across all written materials.
  • Execution Skills:
  • Interview candidates professionally, attending meetings with consultants and taking notes.
  • Manage the candidate interview process, arranging meetings and gathering feedback.
  • Stay in continuous contact with shortlisted candidates, ensuring they remain engaged.
