Telecom Operations Transformation Specialist

At the forefront of AI and GenAI, we seek a visionary Telecom Operations Transformation Specialist to spearhead strategic partnerships with telecom clients. This pivotal role involves designing, selling, and implementing bespoke AI-driven solutions that revolutionize telecom operations, elevate customer experiences, and unlock new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge lasting relationships with key decision-makers in telecom organizations.
  • Design AI/GenAI-driven solutions that address client pain points and provide strategic guidance on emerging technologies.
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and upsell AI and GenAI solutions within existing client accounts.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of AI/GenAI solutions from pre-sales through to post-sales support.
  • Stay at the cutting edge of AI, machine learning, and generative AI trends and bring deep knowledge of how these technologies can be applied in the telecom industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor AI/GenAI solutions that meet client needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within the telecom industry with a strong understanding of telecom operations and technologies.
  • Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies with a focus on their application in the telecom sector.
  • Experience in selling AI-driven solutions preferably in the telecom or technology industries with a proven track record of sales success.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with telecom-specific AI applications such as predictive analytics, network optimization, customer service automation, and fraud detection.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms, frameworks, and tools and cloud-based AI solutions.
