Lead Telecom Infrastructure Engineer

As a senior systems engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of customer service. Our vision is to provide intuitive and differentiated technology solutions that solve enduring business challenges.
We are looking for an expert in SIP/VoIP to lead our team in supporting and expanding telecom infrastructure. With thousands of concurrent customer calls and tens of thousands of agents using an internally developed SIP based call center platform, this is a rare opportunity to be part of a fast-growing business soon after launch.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver scalable, resilient systems while maintaining a constant customer focus
- Develop next-generation telecom infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate telecom network operations through tooling and processes
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of network and operating system support experience
- Experience working with open-source VoIP systems like Asterisk, Free-Switch, SIPp, SER
- Operational experience in a 24/7 production environment
- Experience working as part of a global team
