Job Title: Public Relations Coordinator

As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing and executing PR campaigns and strategies that drive business growth.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive PR campaigns and strategies to promote the company's brand and reputation.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other media content to targeted audiences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media professionals, influencers, and other stakeholders to secure coverage and opportunities.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on PR activity to inform business decisions.
  • Support event planning, press conferences, and promotional activities to showcase the company's products and services.
  • Maintain and update the media contact database to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications channels to reinforce the company's image and values.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, HR, leadership) to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling messages and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of public relations, media, and communications principles to develop effective strategies.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with media professionals, influencers, and other stakeholders to secure coverage and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms to create engaging content and manage online presence.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and creativity in messaging to differentiate the company from competitors.
