Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Visual Art Specialist to deliver high-quality creative assets and innovative artwork.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and trends in digital and print media.
Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing presentations, graphical brochures, and reports to a high quality within deadlines.
  • Creating high-quality maps and diagrams based on GIS outputs.
  • Producing high-quality Photoshop image renderings.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless liaison.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing ability to produce high-quality design work.
  • Experienced in managing larger creative projects with a track record of excellence.
  • A problem solver who can identify opportunities for improvement and streamline design processes.
  • Collaborative and communicative, able to work effectively alongside teams and stakeholders.
  • Organized and methodical, able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design tools (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Experience in working with design teams to ensure high standards and creative direction are met.
  • A strong understanding of graphic design trends and best practices in both digital and print media.
Good to Have
  • Prior work experience in urban planning/property sector.
  • Ability to work with AI software.
  • Experience in creating video presentations and web-pages.
