Corporate Communications Leader

We are seeking a strategic communications professional to drive PR, brand reputation, and corporate visibility in India.

This role combines strategic narrative-building with hands-on execution—working closely with PR agencies, management, leadership and internal teams to amplify the voice of our organization across traditional and digital channels.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or brand management, preferably in fintech, BFSI, payments, or regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Communication & Brand Building: Develop and lead our corporate communication and brand positioning strategy for the Indian market.
  • Media Relations & Thought Leadership: Build and manage strong relationships with India's top-tier business, technology, and fintech media.
  • Online Reputation Management: Lead ORM across platforms (Google, review sites, news portals, forums) using monitoring and sentiment tools.
  • Branded IPs & Sponsorships: Conceptualize and launch branded content series and thought leadership platforms.

Ideal Candidate Skills:

· Strong experience in media relations, reputation strategy, and stakeholder storytelling

· Familiar with handling CXO visibility and founder-led narratives

· Hands-on with ORM tools, sentiment tracking, and digital listening

· Proven experience launching branded content/IPs or sponsorship-led marketing initiatives

· Exceptional communication, project management, and agency leadership skills
