Barista Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Barista Specialist to join our team. As a Barista Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks, as well as other specialty beverages.
• Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cafe area and surrounding equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

• No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
• Punctuality and reliability in meeting scheduling requirements.
