Hotel Operations Manager Position

This is a leadership role that oversees the daily operations of the hotel's housekeeping department. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to effectively manage a team of staff members.

The Executive Housekeeper plays a key role in ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This includes managing and training staff, inspecting rooms for signs of wear and tear or maintenance issues, developing cleaning schedules and procedures, and overseeing inventory management.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Executive Housekeeper must also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Key Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills to motivate and train staff members.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure that all areas meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with staff, guests, and other departments.
