Travel and Visa Logistics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to oversee end-to-end travel and visa arrangements for domestic and international trips.
The ideal candidate will possess strong coordination skills, proficiency in managing travel logistics and documentation, and hands-on experience in working with travel systems and vendor coordination.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage visa applications, approvals, rejections, and renewals for employees traveling abroad.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and internal stakeholders for timely processing and application submission.
- Stay updated on changing visa regulations across countries.
- Prepare and verify supporting documentation, including itineraries and invitation letters.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-4 years in corporate travel and visa management.
- Education: Graduate degree in any discipline; certifications in travel and tourism or operations management are advantageous.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of visa regulations and travel documentation processes.
- Proficient in managing MIS, Excel, and travel portals.
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
