Project Management Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced project management professional to lead and manage the execution of large-scale government projects.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in end-to-end project lifecycle management, with a proven track record of ensuring timely planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of projects within defined budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of project lifecycle - from initiation to closure - for complex government and public sector projects.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring effective resource allocation, budgeting, and compliance with public procurement norms.
  • Manage tender submissions, contract negotiations, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate resource allocation, budgeting, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Track project progress, generate reports, and ensure milestones are met.
Government Liaison & Public Relations:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and government agencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders, PSUs, and transport departments.
  • Facilitate clearances, resolve project-related escalations, and ensure timely approvals and audits.
  • Represent the organization in project reviews and maintain consistent communication with government officials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Master's degree in Business Administration.
  • Preferred specialization in Project Management, Public Administration, or Operations.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in government or public sector project management.
  • Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Telugu.
  • Exposure to government project execution and documentation.
  • Understanding of government procurement and compliance protocols.
  • Strong team management, leadership capabilities, operational efficiency, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities with excellent business and written communication skills.
