  • Business Strategy & Market Growth:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive growth through modern trade channels.
    • Implement plans to increase market share through targeted branding, advertising, and promotional activities.
    • Identify opportunities and relevant products within the tea category through data-driven insights.
  • Sales & Channel Management:
    • Oversee sales and channel operations for various distribution channels, including hypermarkets, metros, big basket, reliance, patel stores, d-mart, walmart, and superstores.
    • Achieve sales targets and foster consistent growth within the modern trade segment.
  • Relationship & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Establish and maintain relationships with modern trade clients, vendors, and partners.
    • Negotiate regional contracts with new vendors and clients, and terminate contracts as necessary.
    • Collaborate with MT partners to ensure timely delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Marketing & Brand Development:
    • Leverage brand awareness campaigns and product launches in modern trade channels.
    • Partner with marketing teams to drive advertising and promotional initiatives.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Compile financial reports detailing sales performance, ROI, and profit margins.
    • Analyze market trends and customer data to inform business decisions.
    • Optimize inventory management across storage facilities.
