Ethics and Compliance Lead

Role Overview:

Ethics and Compliance is a critical function at Guidehouse, ensuring our operations align with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. We are seeking an Associate Director to lead our Ethics & Compliance team in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures in India.
  • Conduct and oversee compliance investigations, ensuring thoroughness and adherence to established protocols.
  • Coordinate and oversee local POSH Committees for the prevention of Sexual Harassment.
  • Develop and maintain relevant Ethics & Compliance policies and procedures.
  • Develop and present reporting related to investigations in India.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date case files for investigations using the Ethicspoint system.
  • Assist with other Ethics & Compliance projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in law, business administration, or human resources.
  • 7-10 years of relevant professional experience in conducting investigations in a variety of subject areas, with a focus in India.
  • Strong knowledge of India compliance laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work on a variety of projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to demonstrate integrity and commitment to the highest ethical standards and personal values, including the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience using Navex Global Ethicspoint System.
  • Prior experience working in an Ethics & Compliance department at a mid-to-large size Company.
  • Prior experience working for a US headquartered company.
  • Prior experience writing investigation reports and presenting findings.
