Job Summary
Mechanical EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in creating/updating components specification sheets and part/assembly 3D CAD models.
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Developing and updating component specifications and 3D CAD models.
- • Preparing detailed drawings of parts and assemblies according to standard practices.
- • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
- • Participating in design reviews and optimization activities to ensure efficient solutions.
- • Performing other duties as required by management.
Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
- • Master's degree preferred.
- • Ability to work with US-based timings.
Essential Skills
- • Proficient in SolidWorks.
- • Knowledge of sheet metals, machined parts, and plastic components.
- • Understanding of various manufacturing processes.
- • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- • Ability to work independently and adapt to agile environments.
Desirable Skills
- • Basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and tolerance stack-up.
- • Knowledge of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- • Experience with design life cycle management tools like Windchill/PLM.
