Job Title:

ERP Functional SME - Transition Planning

We are seeking a strong functional expert in Maconomy to drive transition planning and execution. The ideal candidate will possess excellent functional business knowledge and experience with ERP systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding functional business requirements, preparing and executing transition plans, and performing hands-on activities such as ticket analysis, user communication, and resolution application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing transition plans for Maconomy
  • Understanding and interpreting functional business requirements
  • Performing ticket analysis, user communication, and resolution application tasks
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions
  • Ticket triaging and updating documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with support and release processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong finance functional or techno-functional expertise
  • Prior ERP experience
  • Experience with GL, AP, AR, FA in any ERP system for functional candidates
  • Experience with JavaScript, Java, and proprietary languages (Mscript) for technical candidates
  • Prior IT and/or support-related experience
  • Experience with end-to-end financial processes P2P, O2C, and R2R, and financial period closure processes
  • Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
