Fitness Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Fitness Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fitness club.

  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring seamless customer service and handling member inquiries with professionalism.
  • Supervise gym floor activities, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensure all equipment is in excellent working condition.
  • Provide exceptional support to members, answering questions about fitness programs and classes, and promoting membership benefits.
  • Oversee staff performance, guiding fitness trainers, instructors, and other team members to deliver outstanding service to members.

Requirements:
  • Secondary School education or higher
  • Minimum 2-6 years of experience in a fitness management role
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
