SAP Service Management Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Service Management consultant to design and implement end-to-end service processes. The ideal candidate will analyze business requirements, configure the SAP Service Management module, and provide support for incidents, enhancements, and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business needs and map them to SAP SM functionalities
  • Configure SAP SM module, including service orders, contracts, warranties, notifications, and customer service processes
  • Work with functional and technical teams to design solutions
  • Provide incident, enhancement, and upgrade support for SAP SM
  • Conduct user training and create functional documentation
  • Integrate SAP SM with Sales, Materials Management, Production Planning, and Customer Relationship Management modules
  • Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations and/or rollouts
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service delivery and customer experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Hands-on experience in SAP SM (Customer Service module)
  • Strong knowledge of service order processing, warranties, returns, and repairs
  • Experience with integration to Sales, Materials Management, Production Planning modules
  • Good understanding of service processes in industries like Manufacturing, Automotive, or Utilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • SAP certification in SM or related module (preferred)
