Job Description

As a Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the company's financial activities. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day finances by processing accounts payable and receivable, verifying invoices, and overseeing expense management.
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Reviewing and approving journal entries and reconciliations to maintain compliance with accounting policies.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior team members to foster their growth and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a BPM/SSC environment.
  • A strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Experience with accounting software such as E1, QuickBooks, or SAP.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
