This role involves overseeing the closeout process across various project stages, ensuring accuracy and completeness of project documentation. The ideal candidate will have industry experience and excellent communication skills.

About the Role

  • \
  • Coordinate project closeout processes to ensure compliance with established procedures and timelines.\
  • Maintain and update project data in designated planning tools while collaborating with project controls team members.\
  • Oversee the return of confirmed surplus materials through the RMA process.\
  • Facilitate accurate true-up and turnover documentation through regular communication with project-assigned Video Quality Auditor and Project Controls team.\
  • Assist in promoting RFDS for scopes where drone inspections are not required and serve as SPOC for delivering SAQ CADs to quality team.\
  • Review subcontractor material purchase order requests for potential cost recovery and forward to scoping team as necessary.\
  • Own the final turnover package, reviewing deliverables submitted by General Contractor, following up on issues, and suggesting minor corrections or rejecting unacceptable documents.\
  • Act as sole approver for closeout processes in PeopleSoft, managing new Purchase Orders assigned in Smartsheet.\
  • Manage JVizion tasks and data fields associated with turnover processes.\
  • Occasionally follow up on punch list items and monitor EHS tasks to achieve W002015 actual.\
  • Key Qualifications\
    • \
    • 2+ years of industry experience is required.\
    • A good understanding of engineering concepts is essential.\
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory.\
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.\
    • Relevant experience in wireless technology and telecommunications is necessary.\
    • Engineering certification in a related discipline is preferred.\
    • Working knowledge of industry standard materials is beneficial.\
    • Construction management background and telecommunication experience are valuable assets.\
    • Ability to support US Eastern Time Zone is a must.\

A recognized degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent years of work experience is required.
