We are seeking a seasoned technical lead to spearhead the development and deployment of Power Apps solutions.

This role involves designing, building, and implementing complex workflows using Power Automate (Cloud Flows and Data Flows) to automate business processes.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Power Apps development (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), as well as strong expertise in Microsoft Dataverse and its entity models.

Additional responsibilities include:

  1. Leading the design and implementation of Dataverse solutions ensuring proper data model design, security, and integrations.
  2. Managing and implementing integrations between Power Platform, SharePoint, SQL Server, Excel, and other external systems.
  3. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
  4. Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues across the Power Platform ecosystem.

In terms of qualifications, the ideal candidate should have:

  • A minimum of 7 years of overall experience in Microsoft Power Platform Development.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Power Apps development (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
  • Strong technical expertise in Power Automate (Cloud Flows and Data Flows).
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and its entity models.
  • Experience in building Model-Driven Apps and integrating Power Platform solutions with other systems.
  • Knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM) using Power Platform tools.
  • Strong understanding of security concepts, data policies, and role-based access control in Power Platform.
  • Ability to perform gap analysis, requirement gathering, and translate functional needs into technical solutions.
