Job Opportunity:

  • Lead the development of a data-driven platform for reporting and analytics in healthcare.
  • Design and build scalable data solutions using Databricks, SQL, Python, Spark, and Delta Lake on Azure cloud services.
  • Evaluate and implement best practices for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) and elastic data transformations (ELT).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data with business intelligence tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Oversee continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), testing, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring tools.
  • Adhere to industry-leading codes of conduct and compliance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 8 years of data engineering experience, with at least 3 years in senior roles.
  • Strong expertise in PySpark, Scala, SQL, Python, and Azure, with Databricks experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Databricks integrations like Delta Live Tables and Auto Loader.
  • Proficiency in Spark, Pandas, and NumPy libraries.
  • Passionate about mentoring and building secure, scalable data solutions that drive business growth.
