Enterprise Software Support Leader

Transforming the digital landscape of finance is at the forefront of our mission. We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee post-implementation customer support for our software solutions in the banking domain.

This esteemed position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT companies, particularly in Microsoft Tech Stack and cloud environments. A strong background in L3 support for enterprise clients like banks is essential, as well as excellent leadership abilities that inspire and motivate teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage application support teams, ensuring effective project execution and providing guidance and support when needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning services to meet expectations.
  • Ensure early identification and reporting of possible product defects, actively collaborating with implementation teams and communicating findings to the product development team for continuous improvement.
  • Define and implement service delivery strategies, ensuring efficient processes and timely project completion.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT companies, well-versed in Microsoft Tech Stack and cloud environments.
  • Experience in L3 support for enterprise clients like banks.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
  • Banking experience is an added advantage.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) would be beneficial.
  • Strong leadership abilities, inspiring and motivating teams.
