Experience Economy Strategist

We are seeking a highly experienced economy strategist to craft engaging and enriching gaming experiences for players worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop compelling economy models that ensure an optimal balance between player experience and monetization.
  • Create and balance in-app currencies, progression curves, reward structures, and monetization systems to drive player engagement and retention.
  • Use data modeling and player segmentation to forecast behavioral trends and evaluate the impact of new features on game economy design.
  • Iterate on game economy design based on key performance indicator analysis to enhance player satisfaction and performance.
  • Plan and design economy-driven live events and promotions to maximize player engagement and revenue.
  • Conduct and analyze A/B tests for pricing strategies, rewards, and progression tuning to optimize key KPIs related to monetization, engagement, and retention.
  • Prepare detailed economy specifications, balancing sheets, and documentation for cross-functional teams and collaborate with them as they implement it.
  • Design systems to prevent exploits, control inflation, and maintain long-term economic stability in our games.
  • Ensure consistent economic balance and fairness across platforms.
