We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to achieve marketing targets, creating and publishing original high-quality content, and managing all company social media accounts.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Social Media Strategies: Design and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing targets, including creating and publishing original, high-quality content.
  • Content Creation and Management: Create, manage, and publish high-quality content across all company social media accounts, ensuring up-to-date and engaging content.
  • Content Optimization: Monitor SEO and user engagement, suggesting content optimization to improve performance.
  • Client Communication: Facilitate communication between clients and the company, responding to queries, gathering reviews, and organizing chats and Q&A sessions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI, analyzing performance and suggesting improvements.
  • Industry Networking: Network with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network and stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices.
  • Training and Development: Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy.


Requirements and Skills

  • Proven Work Experience: Proven work experience as a social media strategist or social media manager.
  • Familiarity with Social Media: Hands-on experience using social media for brand awareness.
  • SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Content Creation: Ability to identify target audience preferences and create content to meet their needs.
  • Web Design and Publishing: Familiarity with web design and publishing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Education: BSc degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
