About the Role

As a Chief Cybersecurity Operations Specialist at Orange Business Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our global customers' networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 2 Active Directory controls to customers, ensuring seamless vulnerability management and mitigation.
  • Work closely with teams to identify and remediate vulnerabilities related to Active Directory.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to Active Directory controls.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive AD controls reports to stakeholders.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the vulnerability management platform, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Handle day-to-day operations related to the platform's management.
  • Oversee the architecture, deployment, configuration, and subsequent management of VM platform components.
  • Drive new projects related to vulnerability management, such as scanner deployments and module enhancements.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop case studies to present to customers.
  • Deploy improvements and prepare detailed reports on VM performance.

About You

As a seasoned cybersecurity professional, you will bring 8+ years of experience working in customer-facing organizations.

You will possess a degree or diploma in cybersecurity and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Mandatory Skill Set:

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Active Directory components and Azure technology.
  • Have experience with Qualys (Certification a plus).
  • Show expertise in scanning strategies, analyzing vulnerability frameworks, and knowledge of vulnerability management concepts.
  • Be able to handle end-to-end operations with ease.

Secondary Skill Set:

  • Experience with Rapid7 and Nexus is a plus.
  • Technical project management skills related to vulnerability management.

Additional Information

You will have 8+ years of experience in the vulnerability domain and be well-versed in cybersecurity best practices.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
