Job Title: Chief Cybersecurity Engineer

Serving Skill is seeking an experienced Chief Cybersecurity Engineer to design and implement robust security systems and strategies to protect our infrastructure and data.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing security architecture and implementing multiple information security technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to safeguard our organization's assets and data.
  • Evaluate the configuration of network security tools, including Firewall, WAF, Proxy, Email Solution, IDAM, SIEM, SSO, XDR, PIM/PAM, and other relevant technologies.
  • Assess cloud-native tools across various Cloud Service Providers, such as AWS, Azure, OCI, and others.
  • Analyze information security tools for effectiveness and assist in integrating tools to minimize systemic risk by implementing a MESH architecture.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security gaps and recommend appropriate countermeasures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices.
Key Competencies/Skills Required:
  • Expertise in Network Security, SOC experience, Cloud Security, Data Security, Application Security, Incident Management, Email Security, Identity Theft, NIST, and Baseline Security Standards.
  • A degree in Information Management and Security (preferably B.Tech/M.Tech/MS) and 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SOC functionality and security tools, such as Firewall, IPS/IDS, Proxy, Web Filter, WAF, AV, DLP, and others.
  • Experience with network security and networking technologies, as well as system, security, and network monitoring tools.
  • Demonstrated skills in collaboration, teamwork, and problem-solving to achieve goals.
  • Preferable certifications include CISSP, OSCP, CCSP, Cloud Security Architect.
  • Strong Communication and presentation skills.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000, depending on location and experience.
