Visual Communications Specialist

About the Role

We are a growing hospitality group with multiple concepts in the food and beverage space, ranging from casual eateries to premium dining experiences. Our brands are design-forward, and we're looking for a visual communications specialist who can translate our vision into striking collaterals across outlets.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the way our guests interact with us visually. From menus and packaging to posters, social creatives, and in-store branding — you'll be responsible for creating engaging and functional designs that meet our brand identity guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create all outlet collaterals: menus, tent cards, posters, wall graphics, packaging, signage, event creatives, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure brand consistency across all materials.
  • Adapt brand guidelines into fresh, engaging creatives while keeping design functional and print-ready.
  • Create assets for digital needs (social media, newsletters) when required.
  • Coordinate with printers, vendors, and production teams to ensure high-quality output.
  • Stay updated with design trends in F&B, hospitality, and lifestyle spaces.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in design, preferably with F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; bonus if you know After Effects or Canva).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Experience preparing print-ready files and working with vendors.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant design work (collaterals, branding, menus, packaging).
