Key Role: Network Operations Director

This critical position plays a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring seamless coordination between teams to deliver reliable and timely services.

  • Expand the ambulance network by establishing strategic partnerships with private operators in targeted cities.
  • Develop and implement training programs for ambulance owners and staff to utilize our mobile app efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the call center to facilitate regular ambulance trips.
  • Monitor payments and resolve any outstanding issues with operators and users.
  • Negotiate rates with operators on behalf of the call center for various trip types or events.
  • Track critical trips, particularly outstation trips, for progress and address any concerns promptly.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior management when necessary.
  • Maintain open communication with teams and stakeholders through regular updates and meetings.
