Job Description

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing personalized support to our customers, understanding their unique needs, and designing solutions to enhance their lifestyle. You'll work closely with our operations associates, domestic helps, and local partners to ensure seamless execution and outstanding results.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Onboarding: Handhold and onboard customers seamlessly onto our ecosystem of services.
  • Solution Deployment: Define and agree upon interventions needed to fulfill customer requirements, deploy trained domestic helps, and undertake periodic supervision.
  • Partner Management: Work with our central partner ecosystem, onboard local quality partners, and oversee the quality of work done.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Engage in deeper dialogues with customers, educate them on our services, and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in hospitality or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and work in ambiguity.
  • Self-motivated and loves taking initiative.
