Culinary Furniture Creator

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled designer with experience in furniture product design to join our team.

About the Role:

• Design and manufacture high-quality wooden furniture and upholstered products.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and consumer preferences through continuous research and analysis.
• Collaborate with production teams to create product samples and optimize manufacturing techniques.
• Work closely with quality control teams to set standards for finished products.
• Develop expertise in working with various materials and fabrics.
• Utilize 3D modeling skills to create pre-production product renders and technical drawings.

Requirements:

• A degree in design from a reputable institution, preferably specializing in lifestyle product accessory designs or furniture design.
• Hands-on experience in design and development, particularly in home decor, furniture, and craft clusters, through conceptualization, product illustrations, material explorations, and product development.
• Proficiency in working with a variety of materials, including wood, metal, terracotta, fabric, leather, bamboo, and others.
• Experience in production coordination with craftsmen, medium, and large-scale factory production of similar products.
• Understanding and experience in managing production schedules, processes, coordinating with vendors and craftsmen.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a drive to constantly improve quality and operations.
• Prior experience in related industries is desirable.
• Motivation, dedication, and discipline to continuously learn and improve.
• Strong persuasion and communication skills to effectively interact with designers, clients, craftsmen, and labor.
• Technical skills: Rhino, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Auto CAD/3D Max, Adobe InDesign, Corel Draw, Key shot, etc.
