We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on the treasury and capital market domain. The successful candidate will work on business requirement analysis and project management activities to support strategic regional and global projects focusing on Asia-Pacific offices of Mizuho.
Key responsibilities include creating business requirement documents, business process reengineering, and digitalization support for efficiency enhancement implementation support to IT and operations groups through pre-UAT and UAT planning and user training. The candidate will also be responsible for streamlining and standardizing operations across the region, enhancing governance, and operational risk management.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable solid experience in the domain of requirement definition areas, encompassing stakeholder identification, requirement elicitation, requirement analysis, and requirement review. Experience handling requirement definition in either the markets area for at least one of the following Asia-Pacific (APAC) markets – Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Australia, India, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, or Myanmar – is required.
In addition, the candidate should possess demonstrable experience in system design, system development, or validation. For candidates with only validation experience, they should have at a minimum experience in formulating and executing unit tests as well as system functional tests. An acute attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, precise, and extensive requirement documentation are essential.
The role requires willingness to undertake travel within the APAC region to interact in person with Mizuho Front-Middle- and Back-office teams to gather necessary requirements.
Mandate Skills- To work as a business analyst focusing on treasury and market area for the next-gen core banking project
- Proficiency in communicating fluently and concisely in English, encompassing both verbal and written communication
- Awareness of the market area, knowledge of Front, Middle, and Back-office domain is preferred
- Hands-on experience in creating both business requirement documents (BRD) & functional requirement documents (FRD)
- Explore multiple countries is a plus point
- Strong expertise in at least one domain is mandatory for market area BA
The salary range for this position is estimated to be between ₹30,00,000 to ₹60,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
