Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Capital Markets Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing expert guidance on capital market communications, investor relations, and corporate communications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of capital markets, financial storytelling, and deal origination, with the ability to distil complex business stories into compelling narratives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on capital markets, business, finance, and economics to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Create advisory documents and consultation reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop action plans and execution roadmaps to ensure effective strategy implementation.
  • Provide media training, positioning strategies, and thought leadership content to leadership teams.
  • Support IPO communications, media relations, and investor engagement strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in capital markets, financial storytelling, and deal origination.
  • Familiarity with capital markets regulations, trends, and market analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distil complex information into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and presentations.
  • A self-motivated mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, with a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities and manage multiple projects.
  • Preferrable qualifications include (Engineer / CA) + (CFA / MBA Finance).

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹18 lakhs - ₹25 lakhs, based on industry standards and location. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and professional development opportunities.
