Job Title: Business Process Analyst for PeopleSoft

  • A leading company seeks a skilled Business Process Analyst to support the development and implementation of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with functional users to understand and document business requirements for HR, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, Time & Labor, and custom-built modules.
  2. Analyze existing customizations and identify potential impacts on other application modules.
  3. Design and develop solutions to meet business needs, adhering to team development standards.
  4. Develop technical specification documents and execute test cases to ensure thorough testing.
  5. Provide quality assurance testing for projects completed by other team members.
  6. Analyze and resolve production issues, communicating related information as outlined in a service level agreement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development, including PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, DMS Scripts.
  • Experience using Oracle Database 19c or above.
  • Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle and excellent problem-solving skills.
