Senior Systems Analyst

The role of Senior Systems Analyst is a challenging and exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for analyzing current system setup data, configuring and verifying new systems based on client discussions, scheduling and generating reports from new Account processing applications, collaborating with vendors, performing verification of online transactions posting and card ordering, taking complete ownership of Cards work for assigned conversion implementation, managing multiple clients and adhering to project timelines, monitoring project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, recommending actions in accordance with stated procedure, assisting management with the planning and design of improvements to business processes, utilizing system and data to resolve business issues in the most effective manner, analyzing and identifying root cause, providing input to solutions that lead to success of the project, communicating progress and any potential problems to Project Manager for awareness and or resolution, maintaining the tools used to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the conversion process, system studies, timelines, and questionnaires, working in late night shift up to 11 PM IST to provide overlap with US working hours, providing post implementation support for 2 weeks, US shift timing will depend on time zone of client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze current system setup data.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of system configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel as required.
