Job Title: Strategic Business Consultant">

Job Overview:

As a strategic business consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving operational performance improvement and enhancing business outcomes for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement, develop and implement solutions, and drive business growth through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute operational performance improvement plans to enhance business outcomes.
  • Conduct labor and productivity assessments, process mapping, and design operating models to optimize business processes.
  • Lead project management activities, including benchmarking, technology effectiveness assessments, and market strategy development.
  • Develop insights by manipulating and interpreting large volumes of data using advanced data analytics tools.
  • Participate in the improvement of business processes, data, and process standardization, and develop future state business models.
  • Demonstrate strong business and global acumen by bringing business knowledge, innovation, and a global, cross-cultural mindset to the role.
  • Utilize analytical skills using MS Excel, Access, Alteryx, SQL, R, and visualization tools such as Tableau to drive business decisions.
  • Manage and conduct quantitative and qualitative benchmarking, and primary and secondary analyses of large and complex data.
  • Deliver significant business results that utilize strategic and creative thinking, problem-solving, and taking individual initiative.
  • Lead project work streams and work autonomously with minimal direction.
  • Communicate effectively (written and verbal) to various situations and audiences.
