Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced quality assurance professional to ensure seamless functionality across various software platforms. As a key member of our team, you will design test strategies, automate workflows, and safeguard data integrity.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end test plans for software releases, patches, and integrations.
- Verify real-time data syncs between systems and debug API failures.
- Log defects in Jira/Monday.com, including steps to reproduce, screenshots/API payloads, severity, and track resolution SLAs and retest fixes.
- Build Java/Selenium or Typescript/Playwright scripts for regression testing and leverage NetSuite's Suite Script for custom test validations.
- Maintain QA wikis for test cases and runbooks, ensuring GDPR/SOC2 compliance in data handling.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with strong expertise in software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Shopify, or Celigo is a plus.
- Experience with testing tools like Postman/Swagger, Selenium/Playwright, and Jira/Xray is desired.
