Pastry Specialist

Our team is seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Specialist to join our culinary department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and decorating pastries, as well as excellent time management and teamwork skills.

• Prepare and present high-quality pastry dishes in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with the executive chef and other kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.
• Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Cook in a high-volume food service environment.
• Knowledge of basic math concepts and ability to manage cash and credit transactions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; formal training or degree in baking or culinary arts preferred.
