About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the installation of scaffolding systems on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of scaffolding systems, identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain effective tagging systems to ensure efficient tracking of scaffolding equipment.
  • Collaborate with Scaffolding Inspectors to certify all scaffolding types and recommend necessary changes.
  • Manage and oversee the maintenance of scaffolding systems, including regular cleaning and repairs.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior scaffolders on best practices and safety procedures.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of scaffolding systems, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and productivity of scaffolding operations.
  • Ensure that all scaffolding activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas field, with a strong understanding of scaffolding principles and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A high level of physical fitness, with the ability to work at heights and in challenging environments.
