We are seeking a seasoned Project Head to join our team.

This challenging role requires an individual with strong project management skills, experience in civil engineering and the ability to lead and coordinate complex projects.

You will be responsible for overseeing sections or divisions within the planning department, ensuring that all projects meet the required standards of quality, safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 25+ years of experience in project management, civil engineering, planning and scheduling, with a B.E/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Heading Project Planning and Scheduling: You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective project plans, timelines and budgets.
  • Procurement and Contract Management: You will oversee the procurement process, negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Architecture and Design Review: You will review and approve architectural designs, ensuring they meet the required standards of quality and safety.
  • Quality Assurance: You will ensure that all projects meet the required standards of quality, safety and efficiency.
