Product Innovation Scientist

As a research and development scientist, we are seeking an innovative thinker to create fresh and natural personal care products using minimal processing and no preservatives.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in formulating natural skincare, haircare, and body care items with a focus on developing products that mimic the texture and feel of food.
The role involves researching and implementing eco-friendly ingredients and technologies, conducting stability testing and compatibility testing to ensure product efficacy and safety, and supporting product claims substantiation and regulatory documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Master's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical science, cosmetic science, or Ayurveda.
- At least 2 years of experience in personal care research and development, with a proven track record of formulating own products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
