Business Product Analyst Role

This position involves working with stakeholders to analyze business processes and translate requirements into specifications.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for IT projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Assess existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to leverage technology for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications, including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria, to guide development efforts.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and requirements.
  • Prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with product owners and development teams to ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Validate that IT solutions meet functional requirements and address business needs through UAT efforts with stakeholders.
  • Support change management by assessing the impact of proposed changes on business processes and systems, coordinating communication and training activities with affected stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data analysis to inform business decision-making and support continuous improvement efforts.

Education Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical / Electronics Engineering, MIS, or related discipline is required. Minimum 4+ years of experience in Business Analytics is necessary for this role.
