Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate the status of testing initiatives to stakeholders
  • Create and implement test plans and strategies
  • Continuously improve testing infrastructure, tools, and processes
  • Execute tests, analyze results, create QA metrics and reports, and manage defects
  • Contribute to project quality activities and provide quality engineering support in design, development, and implementation phases
  • Work with engineers, product owners, and project leads to triage and prioritize issues for resolution and participate in root cause analysis

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in QA
  • Experience testing web and client-server based applications
  • Hands-on experience using automation tools and frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.
  • Experience developing automation scripts using programming languages like Java, JavaScript, C#, etc.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and processes
  • Strong communication skills in English
